Dear Stakeholders,

Following the announcement by the Malaysian Government to continue their efforts of reopening the economy, Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) has resumed full operations beginning Monday, 1 June 2020.

In adhering to the necessary restrictions imposed by the Malaysian Government to ensure the flattening the curve and under the new normal environment, IRDA staff are working on a rotational basis.  Despite this, IRDA remains committed in delivering our services.

Kindly note that IRDA continues to exercise the necessary precautions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and staff and visitors are required to adhere to the below:

  1. Prior to entering IRDA’s premises:
    1. Visitors are required to wear a face mask when entering the office area.
    2. Temperature of staff and visitors will be taken at the office entrance. Those with a temperature of 37.5 degrees and above will be denied access.
    3. Staff and visitors must download JejakJohor app for contact tracing purpose, failing which, visitors must fill in Visitor Information form prior entering the premises.
    4. Hand sanitizer is provided at the office entrance for staff and visitors.
    5. Visitors are required to follow the markings on the floor when lining up to ensure social distancing.
  1. Meetings:
    1. Online meeting platforms shall be the preference for meetings organized by IRDA or for IRDA staff to attend.

Rumah Iskandar Malaysia (RIM) adalah sebuah projek perumahan berpagar di atas tanah seluas 60 ekar yang berkapasiti 1,500 unit apartmen di Iskandar Puteri.

Projek sosial ini bertujuan menyediakan rumah transit (hanya untuk disewa) untuk golongan yang bekerja di wilayah Iskandar Malaysia meliputi zon Iskandar Puteri, zon Kulai, zon Johor Bahru, zon Pasir Gudang dan sebahagian daripada daerah Pontian .
