Much has been achieved in this time. IM has recorded more than RM 330 billion in total cumulative investment since its inception, attracting foreign investors from all over the world. It has contributed to the creation of more than 800,000 jobs, transformed Johor Bahru’s cityscape, and developed many amenities that have benefited the people of Johor. Singapore has always been one of IM’s largest foreign investors and there is a healthy Singapore presence here. Our Nusajaya Tech Park in Iskandar Puteri, jointly developed by CapitaLand and UEM Sunrise, is home to manyinternational MNCs and local enterprises. The upcoming Singapore –JB Rapid Transit System (RTS) project, once completed, will boost two-way business flows and bring Singapore and IM even closer together.
