Rugayah Yasmin Ibrahim   Ex-IRDA Employee       IM and IRDA have evolved tremendously over the years and the changing environment has been a major challenge. IRDA in realizing this has continuously trained and upgraded the skills of its employees as well as the community within Iskandar Malaysia to support IRDA in achieving Iskandar Malaysia’s Goals, Vision and Mission. IRDA provides a platform for employees to give constructive ideas and opportunities to realize their full potential to fulfil their career aspirations. In IRDA, teamwork and trust have always been keyfactors, efforts are applauded and successes are acknowledged; and these strengthen IRDA as an employer of choice. My hope is for IRDA to build a rewarding experience for the employees to cherish and remember. Congratulations to IRDA and IM on the high achievement accomplished over the years.
